All classes will be recorded via Zoom. Students can choose to attend classes in person or from home. This Training will be held monthly on weekends at the hours designated below. Additionally, there will be class every week on Sunday morning and Wednesday evenings. Students must attend one asana class per week. There will be an eight week course on Meditation on Monday nights starting in October.
All three day intensives are as follows:
Fridays 5:30pm - 9:30pm
Saturdays 1:30pm - 5:30pm
Sundays 9:00am - 1:00pm
Weekend #1: September 15th - 19th, 2021***
Weekend #2: October 15th - 17th, 2021
Weekend #3: November 12th - 14th, 2021
Weekend # 4: December 10th - 12th, 2021
Weekend #5: January 19th - 23rd, 2022***
Sunday mornings from September 26th, 2021 - January 23rd, 2022, 9:00am - 1:00pm
Wednesday Evenings from September 22nd, 2021 - January 19th, 2022, 7:00pm - 9:00pm
Monday Evenings from October 11th - December 6th, 7:00 - 8:15 pm
***The first and fifth weekend intensives will also include classes on Wednesdays from 5:30pm - 9:30pm and Thursdays from 5:30pm - 9:30pm.
There will be no class on 11/24/21 , 11/28/21 , 12/26/21 , 12/29/21 & 1/2/22.
This training is constituted of 180 hours live class & 20 hours homework for a total of 200 hours.
