Private Yoga Sessions

Often times we feel like we want to ask a million questions while in a yoga class - Where should I feel this? How can I target this area of the body? This doesn't feel good, how can I modify it? We each have unique bodies, so it can often be helpful to have one-on-one time with an instructor to learn how to get the most out of a practice. Schedule a session with one of our knowledgeable teachers to assist you in finding your personal practice.
