Private Yoga Sessions

Do you sometimes go to class and want to ask a million questions? Where should I feel this? How can I target this area of the body? This doesn't feel good, how can I modify it?

 

You have a unique body, so it can often be helpful to have one-to-one time with an instructor to learn how to get the most out of your practice. 

 

Also you may just enjoy the one-to-one attention and accountability that private sessions offer. Or you prefer your practice to be a personal one.
