Eggplant for bacon? Sounds good to me!!
Here is my recipe:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Slice the eggplant as thinly as possible.
Warm 2 tablespoons of coconut oil on the stove and mix into the oil:
1 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp paprika
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp cinnamon
Brush the warm oil onto the eggplant slices and heat at 350 for 30 minutes.
Remove from the oven and sprinkle across the top Braggs Amino Acids and maple syrup.
