A Full Spectrum Practice of Renewal
As the week comes to completion, what better way to shake off the business and tension of everyday life and step into a state of relaxation and renewal.
You can liken this experience to yogic self care.
Set in a peaceful atmosphere, you are invited to leave everything behind and come to a calm, present state of mind on the mat.
What you can expect:
There will be an hour of yoga asana with slow movements, mindful breathing and healing stretches to help your body release tension and unsettled or stagnant energy.
60 minutes of gentle movement will be followed by a 30 minute practice of Yoga Nidra (also known as “Yogic Sleep”). This guided practice is typically done while reclining and is designed to bring a sense of deep relaxation and restoration.
