Mind Arts Classes



​Mind Arts classes extend beyond the practice of yoga as postures and breath work into the realm of yoga as a way of life. This includes going deeper into the tools with which yoga provides us, such as meditation, concentration and visualization. It also includes any subject matter which helps us to become more self-aware, more considerate, more compassionate. Some of our most popular classes include meditation, ayurveda, the chakras, The Bhagavad Gita, The Yoga Sutras, Visualization, The Artist's Way, and Dream Interpretation. Classes typically last four to eight weeks for sixty to ninety minutes.
