In our yoga classes, we take our time moving in and out of postures. We seek embodiment during our practice, prioritizing mindfulness and breath integration. When attending a yoga class at Elemental, you can expect to practice postures as well as breathwork and meditation.

Intro to Meditation

Move deeper into your body. Start class with an intention to move with you through your practice. Class will include fifty minutes of deep stretches and slow movements emphasizing breath awareness. Following a series of postures, students will do seated breathing techniques followed by a guided meditation.

Plug your soul into the Earth and balance your physical, mental and emotional energies in body and mind. In this workshop, we will create being more centered with ourselves and life all around us. Through grounding yoga poses and practicing mindfulness of the breath, we become more present with the process and will feel more grounded in life no matter what is going on around us.
