Unwinding Deeper builds on the themes of Unwinding the Week, turning attention toward the patterns beneath recurring tension — the habits of breath, posture, and nervous system response that quietly shape how we move through our days.
In this workshop, we’ll explore:
Why certain areas of the body hold repeatedly
How stress patterns form and persist
What the body needs for release to feel more lasting
Through anatomy-informed movement, nervous-system awareness, and guided rest, you’ll learn to recognize these patterns with clarity and compassion — and begin to soften them without force.
This workshop is ideal if:
You attended Unwinding the Week and want to go further
You experience recurring tension or fatigue
You’re curious about the “why” behind what your body does
No prior workshop required.
Just a willingness to listen a little more deeply.
