Many people think a healthy back means being strong, flexible, or pain-free.
In reality, a resilient spine is one that can adapt — to movement, to stillness, to stress, and to everyday life.
In this 90-minute workshop, we’ll explore what it means to care for the spine as a living, responsive system — one that is both stable and mobile, supportive without being rigid, and strong without excessive effort.
Through gentle, intelligent movement and guided awareness, you’ll learn practical ways to support your back that encourage ease, confidence, and long-term comfort.
This workshop is ideal for anyone who experiences back discomfort, stiffness, or fatigue — or for those who simply want to move with greater trust and understanding in their body.
You’ll explore:
How the spine is designed to move — and why variety matters
Building strength without gripping or bracing
The relationship between the pelvis, breath, and spinal support
Simple movements that restore adaptability and reduce strain
How to move with awareness instead of fear
The practice will be accessible, slow-paced, and supportive, with options for all bodies and experience levels. You’ll leave with practical tools you can use immediately, along with a clearer understanding of how to care for your spine in daily life.
