Jen Rault was born and raised in New Orleans, LA, and lived in Shreveport, LA and New York City before happily landing with her husband and young son in Fort Worth. She is committed to continuing study and teaching of yoga in the style of Krishnamacharya, as taught by his son TKV Desikachar and his students. She studied consistently with her late teacher Tiffany Conner (Yoga Sanga) from 2007 to 2017, and continues her studies with her teacher Kate Holcombe (Healing Yoga Foundation) as well as with her colleagues and dear friends at Yoga Sanga in Mandeville, LA
