Kristen has been a yoga student for 6 years with a deep passion for movement and a mastering of the physical body. She first found control over the mind through acclimating to hot temperatures as well as difficult poses but was searching for a way to deepen her practice. In 2017, she enrolled in Elemental Yoga's 200 hr Yoga Teacher Training program where she developed a love for meditation and a deeper connection between the mind and body.
Kristen is a Physical Therapist who has a deep passion for the anatomy and physiology of the human body. She combines this with her knowledge of the mind body connection through yoga to empower and educate her patients and students.
Outside of yoga, Kristen loves being active outside including hiking, running, biking, swimming, or just plain adventuring.
