Yoga asana is the science of purifying the body through slow and intentional physical movement, deepening breath and building concentration through openness, curiosity and mindfulness.
Brynn has taught yoga for 14 years. The application of Yoga as movement in her life has been pivotal in her pursuit of health and fulfillment.
Brynn distinguishes her teachings through the particular attention that she attributes to the breath and energy moving through the body throughout the class. She also takes into account the time of day, the weather and the season when she designs her sequences.
