Tina is a woman of very few words but an abundance of compassion. Yoga allows her to dive inward finding her truth and happiness, and provides her connection with many others while on their path. She has a background in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu which provides alternative ways to utilize poses, transitions and breath work. This results in a unique style. For Tina, the goal is to continuously restore both the body and the mind, while simultaneously strengthening and breaking through new boundaries and preconceived limitations. Tina received her 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training certificate with Elemental Yoga in August of 2019.
