Brynn has taught yoga for 13 years. The application of Yoga as movement in her life has been pivotal in her pursuit of health and fulfillment. This 12 week course will focus on building core strength. We will utilize props as well as the wall to optimize muscle activation.
Brynn distinguishes her teachings through the particular attention that she attributes to the breath and energy moving through the body throughout the class. She also takes into account the time of day, the weather and the season when she designs her sequences.
