Kelly competed her 200-HR Yoga Teacher Training in Vinyasa Style Yoga with New York Yoga. During her training, she fell in love with the philosophy and mythology associated with yoga. She works actively in her classes to incorporate these aspects.
Kelly enjoys being a hands-on teacher. She uses adjustments as a therapeutic form of Yoga. Students are always welcome to opt-out but those who enjoy receiving hands-on assists can expect a fair amount in Kelly’s classes.
This is part of the Spring Semester 12 week courses going from January 27th - April 19th.
