Do you ever feel confused about what yoga actually is?
This class is designed to cover all the varied components of the art and practice of yoga.
We will explore the history of yoga and how it evolved gradually over thousands of years.
We will look at the perennial themes of yoga as demonstrated in the Bhagavad Gita and Yoga Sutras.
And we'll look at how yoga is practiced today, including postures, breathing, and meditation.
We'll explore how we can recover some of the lost teachings of yoga in our daily lives.
The course begins Monday, October 19th @ 7pm and will be taught by Brynn and Michael.
