An 8 week series taught by Gabrielle Douglas, E-RYT 500. This class combines Restorative Yoga and Meditation to help individuals deeply relax, relieve stress, and connect to the body and the breath. Stretches will be gentle with the support of props beneath you. This helps us reduce tension and pain.Next session begins on October 10th and lasts for eight weeks.
