This is a four week series designed to help the busy person slow their mind down and turn their attention inward. Students will be taught calming breathing exercises as well as effective guided meditation techniques to reduce thinking. Students can expect to experience more relaxation in their bodies and minds and in turn more connectedness to the people around them.
Class is four weeks long and will be either online or in person at Elemental Yoga and the Mind Arts.
Monday Nights from 7:00-8:00pm.
Class will be cotaught by Brynn and Michael Dardanes.
