Online Trial Run

Begins November 6th 

This is an eight week course dedicated to helping you become more aware of what you are putting into your body. In the second week of the class students will embark upon a holistic thirty day cleanse together. Throughout the program, we will draw from the Whole30, the Ketogenic Diet, Intermittent Fasting and basic Ayurvedic principles of seasonal eating.

Week 1: Pantry sweep, Whole30 prep & adding greens to your diet

Week 2: Begin Whole30, discuss cholesterol and insulin

Week 3: Begin Intermittent Fasting

Week 4: Begin modified Ketogenic diet

Week 5: Use scales and measuring tools to measure caloric intake and ketosis

Week 6: Explore various forms of fasting

Week 7: Integrate feast/famine cycles and reintroduce restricted foods

Week 8: Create a personalized plan to move forward

“The Nutrition for a Yogi class at Elemental Yoga Studio was one of the best things I have done in my life. I was overweight and needed to lose at least ten pounds. During the program, I lost twelve pounds and after the class was over I lost five more pounds for a total of seventeen pounds.
