Brynn has taught yoga for 12 years. The application of Yoga as movement in her life has been pivotal in her pursuit of health and fulfillment. This 8 week course will focus on the healing movements of Yoga along in a way that is energizing, challenging and meditative.
Brynn distinguishes her teachings through the particular attention that she attributes to the breath and energy moving through the body throughout the class. She also takes into account the time of day, the weather and the season when she designs her sequences.
