Back pain is one of the most common complaints from people through all walks of life. This workshop addresses various back maladies such as sciatica, weakness, stiffness, pregnancy, etc. that lead to injury, and offers simple but powerful preventative steps you can take to keep your back healthy. This is open to everyone from brand-new-to-yoga beginners as well already practicing yogis. Maria and Tina will go through a few 15-20 minute routines you can take home with you to relax, stretch, and strengthen your back. Modifications will be offered throughout the various flows. Students will also learn safe ways to perform common yoga poses to keep your back healthy and happy!
