How to use meditation.png

Creating changes in our routine requires a balance of willpower, hope, passion and frankly some quiet desperation to experience something different from our lives. In this workshop we will explore the power of meditation, self-reflection, discipline, self-compassion, community and accountability to achieve our goals and overcome limitations. 

Class will start with an experience of meditation including breath work, systemic muscular relaxation and visualization of light. The meditative portion of class will conclude with imaging past and future achievements in order to be able to replicate those successes. 


We will conclude with insight into all the research on meditation and how it benefits the mind and body. This class will be experiential, informational and inspiring. 

This course precedes an eight week online nutrition course beginning Wednesday, November 6th at 7:30pm. All participants are invited but not required to enroll in the nutrition course.
