
Join Victoria for a twelve week course with an emphasis on building core strength and establishing balance. Each week Victoria will introduce a new apex pose. In subsequent weeks, students will repeat former apex poses and practice strengthening and preparatory exercises for upcoming poses. This class is beginner friendly.
