Breathe is a breath-focused, beginners yoga class dedicated to improving posture, strength, flexibility, and range of motion. Breath practices will also be taught with yoga asana postures.

 

 This is part of the Fall Semester 12 week ashtanga yoga courses beginning September 14th.
